I had a confirmed appointment with Pablo Ravenna at Baptist Health on April 13 at 9:00 AM. I received a confirmation message before the visit.I arrived at the Baptist Health clinic on time, checked in, and waited about 20 minutes. After that, staff informed me the appointment would not take place. No explanation was provided. I was not notified in advance, and no immediate rescheduling was offered.This was a neuro-ophthalmology consultation for a growing brain tumor and worsening vision. I waited about a month for this appointment. Canceling after the patient arrives, without explanation or urgent accommodation, is unacceptable.
