Dr. Armagan performed 2 surgeries on my lower leg / ankle in 2002 in Racine, WI after breaking 3 bones, tearing 3 ligaments and dislocating the ankle. His bedside manner was the best I've experienced. He answered everything in detail and put me at ease prior to surgery. He advised against the additional surgery that was recommended by a knee specialist which saved me thousands of dollars and additional recovery. He said the surgery for the fracture near the knee was unnecessary since that would heal on it's own well before the ankle was healed. He was right, and 20+ years later the repaired leg is stronger than the one that has never been seriously injured. I trust this Dr and would recommend him to anyone.
