This doctor office has not provided me my mothers medical records and I've sent in all the required documentation. The office manager cites the doctor has not approved the notes and my mothers appointment was over a month ago. Not to mention he prescribed an anti-psych medicine for a diagnosis that is unfounded. I would not take your loved one to this doctor.
