Utilized this Dr for over 3 years. Had a wonderful relationship with her. One day I receive a letter that I’ve been dropped by this doctor with no explanation. I called their office and I was hung up on if I stated my name. They even blocked my phone number and removed access to all my patient records. Still to this day, I have no idea what happened and why I was dropped. I never failed a urine test, never missed an appointment or showed up late, and the doctor always told me how much she loved working with such an educated patient. Her assistant even went so far as to provide me with a direct phone number for her so I could call if I needed any additional help. I also found I was being charged much more for procedures I was having compared to other pain management physicians. Don’t waste your time or money - don’t get caught in the Jekyl and Hyde scam.
