Dr. Joseph is the best family doctor I have ever had in my life, I've been with her for 8 years, she is amazing. She truly cares about me, not rushing, spends time needed to get to the root of a problem; she is very smart and knows a lot about prebiotics, probiotics and supplements, listens and asks questions, and always thinking of ideas and working with specialists as needed.

I had an unpleasant visit not with the Dr. , but her front desk staff. They not only didn't notify me of being out of Network until after the fact of being seen but charged me $240.00-I contacted my insurance and they said that they are in network. Christina was so rude and disrespectful I has shocked by her response. I took the day off from work and she was like-you had a choice to go somewhere else. Dr. Joseph I truly hope you inform your staff to contact the patients if you no longer take their insurance so they wont have to be berated by Christine. I will never recommend your office as long as she's there.
