We are in a high level of need for more and better doctors. The quality has improved in last few years and Dr. Minisalle was an excellent addition. His demeanor is wonderful. Spends time to review your issues, go over scans, x-rays, etc, explain technology and answer your questions. Even called me at home in evening and weekend to f-up before and after surgery. Surgery on cervical spine is very scary. One bad doctor can have major bad impact on your life. I felt very comfortable with him.
