This individual is incapable and unwilling to provide clinical information to patients. He clearly doesn't like 'ANY' questions from patients, as evidenced by his refusal to answer a few clinical questions. He abruptly walked out of my room without providing answers, regarding my pending discharge, my discharge plan ('i.e.' about OT, OT, and ST referrals).
