Patient Reviews

Unfortunate for me that I didn’t read these reviews. She duplicated my appointment for another review. She texted and talked on the phone during my entire appointment. She gave me the wrong medication and the following week when I got worse, she panicked. After not showing up for appointment—not at all. Like a fool, I rescheduled. She was fifteen mins late to that one. I told her I’m getting worse. This was a video appointment so I showed her an area on my arm that had developed a large lesion on it and I said I’m getting worse. She panicked and said Oh I can’t help you I’ve done everything I can. And I said, “You only prescribed one prescription. You haven’t done everything you can.” She remarked again “Yes I’ve done everything I can. You need to find another provider”. I said “Can I just see the other provider there in your office?” And she said No they wouldn’t be able to help you either. I couldn’t believe it. It pays to read these reviews! Terrible experience! I’m starting over!
