Dr. Nathanael Horne, MD

I am incredibly disappointed with the unprofessionalism and lack of empathy exhibited by Dr. Horne’s staff. I had an appointment canceled without any reasonable explanation and was subsequently pushed to see a different doctor against my preference. When I expressed dissatisfaction and attempted to schedule with Dr. Horne again, I was informed that I could not do so because I had seen another doctor — once. This arbitrary policy is not only frustrating but feels discriminatory, as the staff seems intent on finding excuses to prevent access to Dr. Horne. Particularly troubling is the behavior of Shaee, who presents a façade of friendliness while clearly passing judgment. Such treatment is unacceptable and leaves patients feeling unwelcome and marginalized. The lack of flexibility and compassion from this team makes it one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered in a medical setting.

Terrible bedside manner-- very rushed and didn't even walk into the room- just stood at the doorway with the door open. Comes off arrogant/ cocky, and not interested to talking to patients- doen't even look at patient when either party is talking. Note: the nurses were kind, warm, knowledgeable and beyond attentive when I had a bad reaction to a medication oral exposure. I hope their above and beyond efforts are recognized- they are so very much appreciated.
