My son is 3 years old and terrified of doctors. Dr. Ruggeri walked in, sat down and rather than try to examine him he gave him five and spoke to him on his level. This was the first doctor ever that my son let examine him without a fight. He acknowledged my concerns and addressed the issue and didn't make us feel like we were wasting his time. I am so relieved we couldn't get in anywhere else and found Dr. Ruggeri. I hope we don't need a sports doc again anytime soon, but if we do, I would not go anywhere else. Everyone in the entire practice, practices medicine the way it should be practiced.
