Dr. Nabeel Farah, MD

Nabeel may be an excellent doctor but you still have to deal with his incredibly rude and poorly trained staff. I had an appointment this week and when I gave them my insurance card I was told I didn't have insurance repeatedly. I'm the General Counsel of my company and we have the most expensive plan BCBS offers. Then they demanded payment upfront and refused to supply a receipt and when I asked the same staff member told me "that's how every doctor in the country does it" I'm a wealthy person with a credit score well in excess of 800 and they can't wait until after the appointment before collecting the fee? They basically told me to FO when I asked for a receipt for the payment I just made so I asked for a refund and left I'll go somewhere else where I'm not insulted and belittled by staff before even seeing the doctor

Office refuses return my call for my results. Started this journey. March 1st 2022. Took 8 weeks get sleep study because they didn't send order over. Now April 28th 2022 Then another another 4 months get titration. Aug4th. Refuse answer the phone. WHY ??????
