The doctor based his treatment plan on X-rays from 2022. He prescribed a medicine I told him I did not want because of the side effect of causing me confusion and trouble forming sentences when I last took it. He didn't care and would not listen. I am now taking expired pain medicine and in great pain until I can see a specialist in 5 days. There is no need for me to be in pain. He could have listened, cared, and treated me like a person. I will never allow him to treat me again and will go to a different Urgent Care, even if Harper is the closest. If he doesn't care about walk-in patients, he should not work in this capacity.
