I saw Dr. Mohammad Shaheeb once for severe pain. He ordered blood work and an MRI, but that’s where the care ended. I never received my blood work results despite multiple inquiries.The bigger issue was his office staff. Getting MRI pre-approval took over two weeks, and when I called to check on it, I was told the staff member was “too busy” to attend to it. After two weeks of waiting, I was finally told my insurance denied the MRI. When I called my insurance to ask why, they had no record of any pre-approval request ever being submitted by Dr. Shaheeb’s office — meaning I was given false information.When I raised these concerns directly with Dr. Shaheeb, he brushed them off instead of addressing the problem.I’m an elderly patient dealing with severe pain, and instead of getting the medical support I needed, I was met with disorganization, misinformation, and indifference. I would not recommend this practice.
