My dislike for a dentist is second to none. I found Dr. Mine about 5 years ago after breaking 2 teeth and in much pain. This was an emergency visit on a day the office was closed. I explained my dislike for the dentist and if I was in any pain I would not return. After 20 years of avoiding the dentist, my teeth needed lots of work. We put together a plan over the next 3 years using insurance to cover most of the cost. There was an understand from the start if I experienced any pain I would not return. The work was completed 2 years ago, and I always make my 6 month follow up. If you have a fear of the dentist and hate the experience, I suggest you go see Dr. Mine. She will listen and work with you to overcome your fear (or dislike) and get you back on track.
