Dr. Minahel Munir, DDS

Dr. Munir was knowledgeable about conditions and provided adequate care. The facility was clean and well presented but the billing and insurance department is not competent. They billed the wrong insurance plan and the issue still hasnt been resolved. It has been going on since Sept 2024. The communication between the facility, the insurance, and my new dentist, is unbearably confusing and stressful. No one talks to anyone and everytime i have to explain the long situation every time to everyone. Because things were not straightened out, I am faced with a near-two thousand dollar dental bill because of the mess up with the insurance. This review also applies to UHC in general: The whole healthcare system is so messed up and no one works as a team. I make my fair share of calls and trying to figure all this out, but i am disabled and I can't deal with this anymore. Although the insurance support is empathetic and respectful, the teamwork and communication is poor.
