Dr. Alam is a wonderful doctor. I was in a bad accident & he did my neck surgery. I am now 3 months post op. I have no neck pain & I have full use of my hand. I would highly recommend him!

My husband and I were in a rear-end accident and I was referred to Multi-Care Medical because we both had injuries to our neck, my husband his shoulder and my lower back. We could not ask for a better staff that have worked on us to the road of recovery. Our neck required us to have surgery and we had the pleasure to have Dr. Milad Alam to do our surgeries. Dr. Alam is the most humble doctor to take care of us. He is very informative on his plan of care. He is not a doctor that will just walk into the room that will make you fell like he just rush you into something you don’t feel comfortable doing. STOP, STOP, STOP ! Look no further if you're experiencing any sort of back pain; Dr. Alam is truly a savior. This was my third back surgery, and what a difference compared to the first two attempts. From the initial consultation to post-operative care, Dr. Alam and his team provided exceptional support and expertise. The receptionist was always welcoming, the assistants were attentive, and the surgery coordinator, Jody, was simply amazing. She guided me through the entire process with compassion and efficiency, making sure everything ran smoothly. Dr. Alam himself is the most caring and professional surgeon you'll ever find. He took the time to explain the procedure in detail, answered all my questions, and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to him and his team, my recovery has been much smoother than I ever imagined. I can't recommend Dr. Alam and his team enough!
