Was frustrated to learn that a tooth was in such bad shape that it needed to be removed. Every year I make multiple visits to this practice and have been examined by multiple dentists. Everyone has said 'things look fine keep doing what you are doing'. No one ever mentioned or even suggested there might be a problem with this tooth. This was the first time I saw Dr Xiong so he was not responsible, but the situation really makes me question the quality of care I have been receiving over the past decade plus that I have been a patient at this practice. I can't help but wonder what else they may have missed.
