I took my daughter to see Dr. Wilcox because she just got home from a mission and has had a growth on her eye that constantly burns. He didn't listen to her issue at all. He even said 'have you heard of sunglasses' She pulled 2 pair out of her purse and asked if they were the right level she needed. He replied with 'Well the last time I checked all sunglasses block UV rays'. He told her to get some eye drops. She pulled 3 kinds out of her purse and asked if they were the right kind. His reply was ' a yeah? Eye drops are eye drops '. She asked if she needed surgery because our family Dr. told her she might which is why we went to him in the first place, he rolled his eyes and said no. Not only was he by far the worst Dr. I've ever seen, his receptionist was extremely rude while we were checking in. It seemed like she hates her job. Do not go to him. He couldn't care less about the people that come to him for help. I just scheduled another appointment with a different Ophthalmologist.
