Throughout the process, especially given my anxiety, Dr. Turner was extremely supportive and attentive, helping me feel calm and confident before and after the procedure. Many people talk about intense pain after this type of surgery, but I experienced almost no pain thanks to his careful approach and excellent aftercare. Dr. Turner saw me for less than a minute. He did not examine me, did not look in my mouth, and did not ask any meaningful questions. Despite this, he gave a conclusion and moved on. There are zero notes in the patient portal—no documentation, no follow-up, and no indication that any care was provided. If you're looking for a thoughtful, evidence-based evaluation, this was not it. I left feeling dismissed rather than properly assessed.
