Dr. Michael Sturm, DPM

My GP who is located next door recommended Dr. Sturm so I went to inquire and make an appointment and was told they did not take my insurance even though the Dr. was listed on my eligible Dr. list. They advised me to call my insurance and get them a phone number from my insurance company to clarify eligibility. I did that the next day and was told by my company that he was a current provider. I than called Dr. Sturm and gave the staff the info. And at that time they asked me for my name, date of birth and phone number and was told they would call me back. Three days later no call back so I called them and was told by someone else they did not take my insurance. I told them about the information I got from my insurance company which I forwarded to the office and never received a call back. The person I spoke to was adamant and finally said she would call me back. Again giving her my personal info. Never received a call back“”STAY AWAY””
