Went for a dental cleaning appointment in January, and specifically asked for the cleaning fully covered by my insurance. Didn’t have any outstanding payment after my appointment and was told that it would be fully covered. 3 weeks later and out of nowhere I get a 111$ bill in my mail. If you would have just told me about the charges, I would have never gotten these services.On calling them, the lady on the phone told me I was being charged for 'fluoride wash' because of 'my age'??? Why would you give me an unnecessary service if you know that it would possibly not be covered by insurance? I had double and triple checked so that everything they did was fully covered, and still I ended up with this.Extremely unprofessional and unfair. You guys had one job as a dental care institution and you failed. And ripping off poor graduate students is not a business model I’d like to return for services. Saddest part is I was actually looking forward to visiting again. Cancelled all future app
