The overall experience wasn’t terrible, but I left feeling dismissed and confused. Even after asking questions, I didn’t receive a clear explanation of my condition or the reasoning behind the recommendation, which made it difficult to feel confident in his treatment plan. The receptionist was rude, and his assistant did not follow up as expected. When making important decisions, I don’t believe patients should have to chase down a doctor’s office or assistant for answers or follow-up.
