I saw this doctor for the first time due to SEVERE pain in my neck, arms, and hands. Unfortunately, the visit felt extremely rushed. I was with the doctor for a couple minutes, and I left feeling confused and still in pain with 0 resolution until an mri is done. Xrays were taken during visit. Very few of my questions were answered, and I didn’t receive any guidance on pain management, i had to ask. While I understand there may be steps(mri) that need to be taken before treatment, there was little explanation, reassurance, or discussion. I felt more like a number than an individual patient.At one point, the doctor left the room and I didn’t realize he wasn’t coming back. Overall, the experience felt unhelpful, and I left feeling that the visit was a waste of time—especially given the level of pain I’m dealing with.
