When I was going to be 20 minutes late for an 8:20am appt (accident on Dulles Toll Rd) a mere 1 1/2 miles from his office, I called to alert him. Upon my arrival, Dr. Keith refused to see me and wouldn’t find 15 min for me that same day . The usual trip time of 35 min took me an hour and a half. He ignored the pleas of this 80 year old patient (currently requiring a walker for a fractured leg). His admin offered to re-schedule for 7 days later.
