I have been kicked out of of this office because I came to an appointment 10 min early. Waiting 15 minutes past the appointment I had not yet been called in. 21 minutes later my 2 children were taken back and put in a room to wait 58 min from the time the appointment was scheduled. Because I spoke up and expressed my frustration with the way the situation was handled, and a nurse saw us vs the doctor Mr. Michael Jordan sent a letter advising me that we are no longer part of his practice. Never picked up the phone to talk to me himself, and find out my side of the story.We have been patients for the past 7 yrs here. I am very disappointed how this situation was handled.
