Unbelievably rude and dismissive, He accused me of demanding a medication, which I did not do. I was totally shocked and bewildered. Then I was told I could not go back there anymore, all for something I did not do. It was very shocking and hard to believe. Needless to say, Dr. Francis did absolutely nothing to help my physical pain, but instead gave me mental pain. To make it all worse, the Vietnamese receptionist working that day was very rude to me and took Dr. Francis’ side without even bothering to hear me out. She claimed that Dr.Francis was well liked by his patients, but I these reviews say otherwise.. He did not last too long. They’re thankfully . Eventually, the situation was straightened out with Dr. Royster, but the whole experience affected me greatly. Stay away from this man.
