Work-up with Dr. Cestone was great. Overall, office staff was impatient and communicated poorly. No email address and hard to get on the phone. The office does billing EXACTLY ONE WAY, and if you ask too many questions they ask you to TAKE THE HIGHWAY, even if you capitulate to their system in the end. They even refused an offer of full payment upfront (which would have sidestepped any billing issues). After 9 months of back-and-forth including a successful consult appointment, we are back to square one looking for treatment for my daughter. What a waste of time!
