Today I saw Dr. Blankstein for my 4 month post op appointment after having a total knee replacement. I have to say how amazing I feel. I spent years in pain going through different types of treatment until I finally met Dr. Blankstein. He is no nonsense, told me what needed to happen, what to expect every step of the way and helped me weigh the risks and rewards. Since the day of surgery every day has been better. I am now 4 months out and have more mobility than I have had in years. Basically no pain at all and I feel 10 years younger because I am able to be so much more physically active than prior to surgery. If you are in pain and are considering a TKR I highly recommend Dr. Blankstein. I promise you will not regret it.
