Front desk clerks were very nice and helpful, and the wait time was reasonable. The X-ray tech was very professional, and Grace Ann is truly a sweetheart.However, my experience with Dr. Estes was disappointing. Although she saw me quickly, I left without any real understanding of what might be causing my lower-back issue or how I could manage it at home. There was no effort to connect, ask questions, or look deeper into the root cause. Instead, the immediate suggestion was injections and oral medication.She didn’t schedule any follow-up visit to check on my progress after taking the medication or starting physical therapy. She even handed me an MRI script “just in case” I didn’t feel better — which made it feel like I was being told to figure it out on my own or find someone else to review my back. It came across as a lack of interest in my long-term care.Based on my experience, I would not recommend her. Grace Ann has a better way to connect with patients
