The office in Danvers is a chaotic inept mess and this PCP has way too many patients. No one answer their phones. She never answers messages sent to her in their chart and delegates to nurses. Saw one NP there who was clueless and rude. No patient should have to tolerate this. I decided not to any longer. She may have been good in the past but it appears that has changed drastically.
