This doctor treated a family member of mine and after various pt sessions we went back to Dr. Friend and told her that my family member is still in pain. She says she doesn't feel the pain my family member is feeling, (touched elbow) but obviously my family member still feels it. She was ready to dismiss us and say there was nothing she could do! I demanded a certain test be done (had to pretty much convince her to sign off on the test) and after that we’re done! So rude and unhelpful! Not at all the attitude you should have when treating patients.
