Dr. Maureen Malin, MD

The worst psychiatrist I've ever seen. Utter lack of empathy. Threatens patients with taking away things like their ability to attend school. Comes across more interested in "cover your butt" medicine than actual treatment or providing any sort of care. Screwed up my medications inpatient and instead of apologizing, said something along the lines of "that's just how it works sometimes." I strongly believe that doctors like this should stick to bench research instead of "caring" for patients who have faced significant traumas and suicidal ideation. Most psychiatrists are nice, and make room for them to provide care to those in need of it.
