Dr. Maura Bucciarelli, DO

She has no compassion for her patients. After i underwent two surgeries on my pancreas. When my original symptoms appeared once again i became very very concerned. One cannot live without a pancreas. So yea, i was and still are very concerned. I sent her a message via MyChart. I told her i hadn’t defincatednin a week (now its been 11 days. I told her i was once again vomiting. I requested a phone call. I waitrd thst whole day to hear from her but someone else ended up calling me. I related to her how concerned I was (and still am) I explained my history regarding my blockage in my pancreas. I asked that Dr. B see me as soon as possible. I was told her next agailable wasnt until Oct. I asked for them to somehow squeeze me in given the nature of my circumstances. Any, Dr. B was too busy and refused to fit me in. Additionally she never called me. What a disgrace!! No compassion from my doctor. Instead this supossidly great doctor text me vis My Chart telling me she had prescribed Insulin for me and that I should pick it up from my pharmacy. Ive never used insulin before so i had no idea about how to inject myself and where to inject myself. I realize she is a busy doctor but what good is she if she isnt able to carr for her patients when they are most in need. She failed me. i would highly not recommend this individual if you care about your health.
