The nursing staff was extremely thorough and addressed all my concerns. The doctor however (Dr. Provenzano), completely dismissed all of my concerns and forgot one of my two chief complaints; for one of the chief complaints he called it “ear psoriasis” rather than giving me an actual medical diagnosis and for the other chief complaint he completely forgot to address it although it was mentioned to nursing staff; once mentioned to him, rather than actually addressing it he wrote it off as “nothing to be concerned about at this time and something to address down the line once it becomes worse” although it took three plus months to get an appointment with him and has been a concern since the time scheduled. Respectfully, this doctor spent more time bullshitting with me rather than addressing my actually concerns and any that were actually “addressed” were rather him writing them off as nothing; if I knew this were going to be the case then I would have never even wasted the time going to see him and would have rather saved my money and prevented him from getting paid for his “services”. I highly advise seeing an ENT “professional” other than him.
