My 90 year old mother was referred to Dr. Levinsky for assistance in managing her very high blood pressure which her primary care team had been unsuccessful in lowering. I took her to the appointment and so observed Dr. Levinsky first hand. He came in very briefly, asked virtually no questions and was entirely unprepared for the visit. He had not reviewed my mother’s records, so easily accessible) and had no awareness of her prior care, the basis for our concerns, etc. He was casual and dismissive when I shared that she had been told she had congestive heart failure. He ordered the echocardiogram which she had and she never got a call or outreach from Dr. Levinsky of any kind. He posted the Echo report to her Atrium patient profile and noted that he was referring her back to her primary care team for BP management - this was what we went to him for! I called his office to ask for a call to discuss and was told he doesn’t do telehealth. Don’t waste your time on this arrogant doctor.
