The doctor is excellent. Will send you where you need to go if he cant help you. But for the office staff in that building I personally do not know how some of them still have a job with commonwealth health. They are the most ignorant and rude people ever. And of course when you want to complain about them to commonwealth health there is never anyone who can take a complaint.
