Truly one of the best ENT doctors in Florida. I visited so many different providers until I found someone who I felt comfortable enough with and was able to help me with issues I’ve been having since I was a child. Dr. Jepsen is incredibly empathetic, but also wickedly smart. He does his best to make sure you are educated in what is happening and why he believes this would be the best course of treatment. He will take the time to explain it to you step by step and answer any questions you may have. He doesn’t make you feel dumb if you don’t understand or need further clarification. He makes you feel like a patient instead of just another procedure to do. Highly highly recommend! I would never see anyone else!
