Dr. Immediately started talking about hysterectomy. I asked about other treatment options and he only mentioned one. I had to ask him about the other options I had read about. It felt like I had to pry info out of him. The whole time he was talking to me he was shaking/bouncing one or both legs while sitting in chair. It made me anxious like he was either annoyed or anxious or ready to move on to another patient. He scribbled a name of some company for me to call, walked me to lab area and disappeared. I left feeling the same as when I walked in. I had been hoping to leave with a treatment plan. After talking to my insurance about coverage for treatment medication that we had discussed, I sent a message to Dr. asking for pre authorization that insurance requires and response was they don’t do that? I’m more confused about what to do than I was before my appointment. I felt unimportant and brushed off. I am making an appointment with another provider elsewhere.
