Absolutely unacceptable experience. My appointment was at 8:00 AM and I arrived early, checked in, and confirmed everything was good. Despite that, I waited 45 minutes while people who arrived after me were seen first.When I finally asked what was going on, I was told—rudely—that they had forgotten to check in my chart. This is after they had already taken my ID, insurance, and paperwork. That’s not a small oversight, that’s complete incompetence.I had to leave because I have work and can’t sit around indefinitely due to their mistake. The excuse that the doctor is a “specialist” is irrelevant—being a specialist doesn’t justify wasting patients’ time or running an office this poorly.This place shows zero respect for patients’ time. Disorganized, unprofessional, and careless. Don’t waste your time or money here.
