A true dedicated professional!

After being hospitalized for 5 days and misdiagnosed by 2 different doctors during my hospital stay, I was relieved to see Dr. Matthew Apter who was referred to me by a friend. He took the time to listen to me and really hear what I was saying. He was attentive to my needs and spent a good amount of time reviewing my hospital and medical records ahead of my appointment. My appointment involved a detailed discussion of the symptoms that I was having that caused me to be admitted into the hospital. After a thorough review of my medical records, my symptoms, and the treatments I received while hospitalized, he gave me an accurate diagnosis which was confirmed with further imaging and testing. He also followed up with me just hours after arriving home from my procedure with him. We need more doctors like him! It was easy to schedule an appointment with his office, and his staff were great as well.
