Front desk staff were friendly and very helpful during registration. Wait time was not long. Dr. Wintersteen explained things regarding my ingrown toenail in a manner that I understood. He was thorough with exam and I did not feel rushed. Completely satisfied and am pain free. I already booked a continuing care appointment.
