Was referred to Dr. Katz through workman’s comp for a radial head fracture. From the moment he came in the room he was very off putting and acted annoyed at me for following advice from other doctors to keep my arm in the sling and not getting there sooner (which was entirely out of my control due to workman’s comp). He then proceeded to move my arm forcefully into very painful positions without warning as I’m crying and just tells me it needs to be done. Had no emotion and never once apologized for the pain he caused. I understand my arm needed to be moved to avoid stiffness but a little bit of kindness would’ve gone a long way. Just felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient.
