He is professional, but also friendly and welcoming. He and his staff are outstanding and seem to genuinely enjoy their jobs. Dr. Chaplick has a wonderful sense of humor and keeps the mood light during the procedures, but is also there to comfort if needed. Great bedside manner! Highly recommend!
