This office is VERY VERY VERY unorganized. They tend to not have very good communication skills within the facility. When trying to get refills on medication is a major process and they will call YOU to ask what brand rx patient is on yet they are the provider with the patients medical records. They may submit rx without proper medical/diagnosis codes and/or instructions for the rx. Getting them to correct the rx is a mental chore as you may end up speaking to staff on a daily basis to get them to fulfill multiple request from pharmacy. Took me six weeks as a caretaker. Imagine a sr citizen having to deal with the back and forth. This could put them in an emotional and mentally stressed situation that could induce or worsen their current medical condition. It's appalling how some facilities treat Sr. Citizen. Physicians that take oaths to get that white jacket and medical credentials to practice should make sure their staff lives up to the same requirements.
