The office waiting room is chaotic and overstimulating - tv blaring, temperature so frigid the receptionist wears her coat, explosive color, stuff, fabrics, & decorations. Waiting area doesn't generate calm. I was handed a stack of papers to fill out that felt aggressive. It was like being yelled at by the huge, thick, all caps, bold print claiming that I was not to threaten their office, to contact the pathology lab myself for test results, that during my annual exam I was only to receive an exam and pap smear. Any conversations regarding other health issues require a separate appointment. After the assaulting check-in, the exam room also was not calming, with 3 walls completely papered in sloppy, typed handouts aggressively telling women how to lose weight. Dr. Abrams was rude, rushed, asked no questions about my current hormone meds, did my exam, and focused entirely on my workout routine. I would not recommend and I will not return. Hallway & nurse's station a mess/things on floor.
