Patient Reviews
Apr 08, 2026
I was dissatisfied with my visit with the physician assistant. I felt that my ability to manage my medications was questioned unnecessarily, despite my long experience and understanding of my treatment plan. I was also asked to complete a brief memory test, on which I scored perfectly, At one point, I was told to see a psychiatrist she said due to my affect. I felt dismissive rather than supportive, especially given the context of my situation.More importantly, I did not feel treated with compassion or understanding. I was going through a difficult time personally, and instead of support, I felt that my demeanor and affect were judged rather than understood. The interaction came across as rude and lacking empathy.I believe Dr. Klatt’s practice would benefit from a more patient-centered approach—one that emphasizes more compassion.
