nothing but trouble from their front office, dr is ok, but the girls are rude and uncaring, they must be under staffed, because i'm always put on hold, disconnected, or put in voice mail, multiple times, never a human voice, today i needed a script refilled, 3 times my pharmacy faxed a request to them, but no response, so i had to call the office myself, it took me over 2 hours to get thru to someone that was helpful, will be finding a new dr, the office is terrible and poorly run
