After waiting four months I called two days before my appointment to confirm the time and was told my appointment was cancelled, but I can reschedule 7 months from now. “I’m really sorry” she says. This appointment was on my birthday so that’s the only thing we planned. They didn’t even call me. I called them. This is pretty upsetting after waiting four months.
