Asked my primary to send a referral. Staff says they never received it -- gave us fax number. Asked my primary to fax referral. The did and shared a copy with us on our portal. Contacted staff -- they said the didn't get it. Asked us to have primary resend. Hand delivered a printed copy. Staff said it wasn't a referral. Pointed out the word 'Referral' in the subject line. They said they wouldn't schedule the appointment without notes from primary about why primary was referring. Showed printed copy of results of sleep study showing moderate to severe sleep apnea. They didn't care. Finding another provider.
