Dr. Thimm, of Prestige Primary Care, has been my primary care physician for 5 years. He, and his wife, Jessica Bartalino, APRN, are the most caring and compassionate team I've ever experienced! In these times when medical appts are 10 minutes and medical staff barely look up from their laptops, Dr. Thimm spends a great deal of time listening, and responding in a collaborative way. I feel safe and confident in his diagnostic skills and treatment approach. Also, a REAL person answers the phone and Dr. Thimm calls personally with test results. When ill, same day appointments are always available. I can't speak highly enough about Prestige Primary Care and these wonderful medical professionals!
